I dont think that you have to have a ton of kicks to be a sneakerhead. In my opinion to be a sneakerhead u have to think about kicks all day long. U have to understand the meaning behind a specific shoe, know how they were created, and that there was a concept behind the shoe. I know i was a sneakerhead loooooong before I started buying my own kicks. I knew this back in like the 5th grade. Back then all i could think about was how to get my mom to buy me some new fresh kicks. The feeling they gave me, specially that first day that i rocked them, man i dont even think i spoke English yet...lol...but i knew that I had the dopest pair of kicks in my class.You know your a sneakerhead if u get offended when someone states "Its just shoes". If u check what kind of ground there is before deciding which pair of kicks to wear (like me), u a sneakerhead!

Any spoil rich kid can have a billion kicks but when you camp out and think about all the different ways you can rock your kicks. When you find yourself with the choice of food or kicks and you pick kicks, yea you a sneakerhead son. I think there someone with that as a screen name (kicks b4 food or something like that.) You gotta know why these kicks are hot. Why these kicks are super limited. Why these kicks are designed that way. Why the fuck would I pick these kicks over eating. You gotta know who Tinker Hatfield is. What Cool Grey and Bred are. Like for real. And if you have alot of kicks, there has to be substance and quality to ya collection.

For me i think to be considered a sneakerhead you gotta know the game. Like it doesnt really matter how much kicks you got but it depends on which of them you got. like if a person just has all the new kicks that come out thats not a sneaker head but if a person got the retro j's that are really rare to get i give more props to them.
